Is claude store affiliated with Anthropic?

No. Claude Store is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Anthropic, PBC. We buy official gift subscriptions at claude.ai/gift on your behalf; you redeem them yourself, directly with Anthropic.

Does Anthropic actually sell Claude gift subscriptions?

Yes — official gift subscriptions launched in December 2025, purchasable at claude.ai/gift by existing Pro or Max subscribers. That is exactly what we buy for you. Anthropic does not sell standalone prepaid gift cards.

Why not just buy directly from Anthropic?

If your card works there, do that — you’ll pay less. Claude Store exists for the cards and countries Anthropic’s checkout can’t charge: you pay us in crypto, we pay Anthropic with our card.

What happens right after I pay?

Your crypto payment confirms on-chain, we buy the gift by hand at claude.ai/gift, and email you the redemption link — typically within a few hours, always within 24. A live tracking page follows your order the whole way.

Can I redeem the gift on my phone?

Not inside the app. Redemption is web-only, and an active Claude subscription through the iOS or Google Play app will block redemption entirely — cancel it first. The link stays valid for 365 days.

What if the link doesn’t work?

Reply to the delivery email. We replace the link or refund you in full within two hours of being notified.

What’s your refund policy?

Full refund any time before delivery. Replace-or-refund on a broken link. No refunds once a working link has been delivered — a redemption link is a bearer instrument.

Do you ever access my Claude account?

Never. We only purchase the gift and hand you the link — redemption happens on your own account, under your own credentials, directly with Anthropic. No passwords, no shared accounts, no exceptions.
